2. Personal data we collect
We collect only the personal data you voluntarily submit through forms on this website. This includes:
- Full name
- Email address
- Organisation name (optional)
- Any message or note you choose to provide
We also store two local preferences in your browser using localStorage (stored on your own device, never transmitted to our servers): your cookie consent choice and the date it was recorded. These contain no personal data.
3. Lawful basis for processing
We rely on the following lawful bases under Article 6 of the UK GDPR:
- Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): Where you submit a contact or enquiry form, we process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form.
- Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): We have a legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries from investors, partners and prospective collaborators, and in keeping a record of those interactions. We have assessed this interest against your rights and consider the processing proportionate.

Personal data submitted through any form on this website is used solely to review your enquiry, respond directly to you, and maintain a record of the interaction for future reference. We do not use this data for marketing, advertising or profiling purposes.

We retain enquiry data for 24 months from the date of your last contact with us. After this period, the data is deleted unless we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory reasons.
