Why We Exist
A workforce crisis within one of the world's largest industries
The problem is well known. Travel and tourism is one of the world's largest industries, yet it faces a deepening workforce shortage: research for the World Travel and Tourism Council points to a global shortfall reaching 43 million roles by 2035. It has been discussed for years, but no widely recognised, employer-informed route into the sector's entry-level careers has been built to address it.
Travel Talent Academy was created to change that. Founded by experienced travel industry leaders, we combine practical learning, employer insight and modern technology to help people build the knowledge, confidence and commercial awareness needed to begin successful careers in travel.

What We Have Built
A complete diploma programme, built from the industry up
Travel Talent Academy is an employer-informed diploma programme designed specifically for entry-level careers in the travel and tourism industry.
Designed around real entry-level roles spanning the major sectors of the global travel and tourism industry, the Academy combines structured learning, workplace simulation, AI-supported mentoring and competency-based assessment.
Our curriculum is built backwards from some 1,000 real entry-level job descriptions, so learners study what employers are actually hiring for.
The programme is studied entirely online and at your own pace. There are no classes to attend and no fixed timetable. It takes 70 to 80 hours of study in total, which most learners spread over around five months, and you can move faster or take longer to suit your circumstances.
